Casale graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Economics in 1989 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992. He began his career as an associate litigator and launched Casale Alliances in 1994, quickly focusing on business and corporate transactional law. Gerard has held significant roles in strategic corporate planning and international business development.
Casale was born in New Britain, Connecticut and currently lives and works in Santa Monica, California. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1992 and is admitted to the Supreme Court of California, the District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
